Boost your self-esteem with aromatherapy
When we feel good about ourselves we are more likely to succeed but if you have a poor self-image it is unlikely you will find true love or happiness. Poor self-esteem is often the underlying problem for those suffering from fear, anxiety, anger, panic attacks, addictive behaviors, relationship problems, depression or dependency.
Low self-esteem can destroy your life and have a negative impact on relationships. People suffering from poor self-esteem often suffer from depression, anger, anxiety, fear and timidity. Here are some Aromatherapy remedies which can help. Put oils in a 10ml bottle and then fill with organic vegetable oil. Massage areas as instructed. Pour a few drops in palms and inhale deeply as needed. All can be used in baths unless instructed not to – use up to 15 drops and soak for at least 15 minutes.
To relieve depression in the mornings, by uplifting your spirit and enhance good moods with childlike playfulness – 7 drops Orange, 8 drops Lemon, 6 drops Rosemary, 4 drops Bay Leaf essential oil. Massage the solar plexus, the sacrum and the abdomen. Then in the evening before going to sleep – 1 drop Rose, 4 drops Ylang Ylang, 4 drops Orange. Anoint the heart chakra, neck and forehead. Not recommended for baths.
To minimize anger – 2 drops Neroli, 5 drops Lavender, 2 drops Roman Chamomile. Massage the solar plexus, the sacrum, and the abdomen.
To alleviate anxiety or a deep and fearful sense of loneliness – 2 drops Rose, 2 drops Roman Chamomile, 5 drops Marjoram, 4 drops Cypress. Massage the solar plexus, the sacrum, the abdomen, neck and forehead.
