My symptoms – update 10/5/2011

If it hadn’t happened to me i wouldn’t believe how easily and quickly i am recovering from my ‘dip’ into ME. I remembered the list i wrote almost 3 months ago and have copied it (below) and added notes on how i feel today. Its still not a complete list because i didn’t go back and add to it as i happened upon symptom after symptom. I’ll try to write a post on why i think this has happened. I had a very positive appointment with Michelle, my Occupational Therapist, today but i cant remember clearly the exact wording for why we thought my recovery has been so fast so im going to try to check back with her before i do that.

My updated list of symptoms ( first listed on 23/02/2011):

Can only walk about 20 yds without feeling very ill (walked round Lulworth Cove, up onto the point and back again and felt tired but fine 🙂 )

Unable to walk up stairs without feeling ill (still makes me feel weak)

Unstable body temperature  ( much better but i think that’s mainly because I’m being ‘mindful’ of it)

Bad memory (can recall words much better and can pull up memories more clearly now)
