Paying for it today…

Paying for yesterday today but still think it was worth it. The garden looks amazing and we are all happy – i didnt have to nag Jake into it and he doesnt hate me for making him do something he didnt want to do.

Had a massage at lunch time – lovely Leah has taken most of the pain out of my legs and some massive knots out of my shoulders. Leah says the knots are only from the gardening so i must be doing something right. Leah is an angel!!! I am feeling exhausted today but am not in anywhere as much pain as i think i should be in and i certailnly woudlnt be writing this if i hadnt had the massage – once again its made me feel so much better.

Very relieved to have had a phone call from Wareham to let me know that they have arranged for a room at my doctors surgery and my first proper appointment with Michelle the Head Occupational Therapist at Wareham will be on March 30th!! Im really happy about this because its been quite stressful waiting for the appointment to happen and my sleep pattern has started to deteriorate again. Having been promised an appointment at the end of the same week, which was 4 weeks ago i had started to think id lost my place somehow and wasnt going to be seen at all.
